Measures RIN in the frequency band 10 kHz to 50 GHz and wavelength band 780 to 1620 nm
: A world standard measurement system that can accurately measure relative intensity noise (RIN) over a wide bandwidth. High-sensitivity, low-noise optical receivers and Keysight's state-of-the-art X-Series signal analyzers provide the world's largest 50 GHz measurement bandwidth. - “The A0040A Optical Noise Analyzer”
255 MHz bandwidth linewidth spectrum measurement and FMCW LiDAR optical frequency modulation waveform analysis
: The industry's first measurement solution to evaluate laser optical frequency noise as a power spectrum density. Used to analyze 1/f noise, white noise, and Lorentz linewidth of lasers used in digital coherent transmission systems.
